I’m a solo parent. I’ve worked long hours and felt that constant juggle of keeping everything moving while having no real backup. At some point I looked around and realised so many people were carrying the same load, quietly, without asking for help.

This isn’t just another cleaning business. It’s a community of support, real people offering practical help in the ways you actually need it. Whether that’s cleaning, folding washing, organising, meal prep, dog walking, or general home support, it’s about taking some of the pressure off so you can breathe again.

Back Up Crew is for busy parents, people juggling work and family and everything in between, those going through a season of burnout or change or recovery, and anyone who just needs an extra set of hands to get on top of things.
